We're seeking a Christ-centred and Spirit-led individual to serve as our Pastor. You would provide spiritual oversight, pastoral care, and strategic leadership, working collaboratively with the church elders, ministry leaders, and the congregation.

Real Church has a proud 55-year history and has seen a surge of growth in the past five years. The building and church grounds have been renovated and landscaped, and weekly attendances have grown to around 100 per week, with over 150 people calling Real Church ‘home.’

Our present pastor is retiring, so the challenge now is for a new pastor to lead the church into its next exciting chapter!

• Has the ability to preach and communicate the gospel well

The Opportunity

As Lead Pastor, you will provide spiritual oversight, pastoral care, and strategic leadership, working collaboratively with the church elders, ministry leaders, and the congregation.

We are seeking a leader who:

• Brings established preaching and teaching experience, offering biblically grounded, thoughtful, and pastorally wise ministry.
• Leads with spiritual maturity, humility, and emotional intelligence, modelling Christ-like character.
• Has experience guiding churches through seasons of transition or renewal, with patience and discernment.
• Works collaboratively with lay leaders, mentoring and empowering others in shared leadership.
• Has a strong pastoral heart and enjoys relational ministry across generations and cultures.
