We are seeking a COACH Coordinator to help deliver our Family and Youth COACH Community Mentoring programs. This role is ideal for someone passionate about mentoring, case management, and empowering volunteers to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
About COACH Community Mentoring
COACH (Creating Opportunities and Casting Hope) is a one-on-one mentoring program that matches trained volunteers with children, young people and adults who are doing it tough. Mentors meet weekly with participants to build relationships, set goals and support positive change over time.
About the role - part time (3 days per week)
Reporting to the Community Mentoring Team Leader, the COACH Coordinator is part of a team responsible for the delivery of the Family and Youth COACH programs, including:
