About Us
At Choice Community Health, we believe great support work changes lives — for our clients and for the people who care for them.
We’re more than an NDIS provider; we’re a Jesus-following community of purpose, built on connection, trust, and growth. Guided by our values of Community, Excellence, Purpose, Faithfulness, Sustainability, and Choice, we walk alongside people living with disability to help them live more independently, build meaningful relationships, and move toward their goals with confidence.
Here, you’ll be supported, valued, and encouraged to bring your best self to work — because when our team thrives, so do the people we serve.
If you want to make a real difference and be part of a vibrant community that sees support as a calling, not just a job — you’ll fit right in.
