We have an exciting opportunity available for a Youth, Children and Family Ministry Pastor.
The Youth, Children and Family Ministry Pastor will oversee the youth, children and family programs at Grace Community Melton, collaborating with and leading facilitators and volunteers, and developing and enhancing existing and new programs.

Our Sunday services reflect this diversity with contributions in languages other than English and a service in Dinka on Sunday afternoons.

This is an FTE 0.8 position that will include weekend work. Initial 3 years with possibility to extend.
Key responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:
- Nurturing children, youth and families and fostering spiritual growth.
- Creating and enhancing programs that captivate children, youth and families while supporting the mission of Grace Community.
- Collaborating and working with the education, creative ministries and worship teams.
- Community engagement through connecting with and supporting the Grace Community Playgroup, African Youth Initiative (AYI), Grace Community/AYI basketball teams (IXOYE & Disciples) and endeavouring to connect with local churches and community organisations in the broader Melton community.
- Maintaining meaningful communication with the Minister in Placement, other Ministry Teams, Elders & Church Council, administrative staff, church members and attendees.
