New Peninsula Baptist Church (NPBC) is seeking enthusiastic, relational leaders to join our Kids & Families Ministry team at our Mt Martha campus.

We are currently recruiting for two roles: Kids Church Coordinator (2 days per week) and Families Worker – Little Lights (1 day per week). These positions can be filled either by one person working across both roles (3 days per week) or by two people, each focusing on one role. We are genuinely open to both possibilities and excited to explore what might work best with the right applicants.

Together, these roles support children from birth through to Year 7 and their families by creating engaging Sunday programs, equipping and supporting volunteer teams, partnering with parents as disciple-makers, and building safe, inclusive, and welcoming ministry environments. The Kids Church Coordinator focuses on leading Kids Church (Prep–Year 7), while the Families Worker – Little Lights nurtures our youngest children (0–5) and their families in our Little Lights ministry. Both roles work closely with the Children & Families Pastor and with each other, sharing a heart for collaboration, connection, and community.

We are looking for people who are warm, organised, relational, and passionate about children and families. You might be an experienced ministry leader or someone ready to grow into leadership, but above all, you love Jesus, love people, and bring both care and structure to the spaces you lead. A strong commitment to child safety, inclusion, and team building is essential.
