Be responsible for the stability, security, and strategic evolution of the digital environment, ensuring that technology serves as a seamless enabler for teaching and learning.....
Wyong Christian Community School (WCCS) is a thriving Christian school located on 28 acres of beautiful, semi-rural land. For over 32 years, we have been committed to providing quality Christian education, nurturing our students’ God-given potential, and building strong community relationships.
The IT Systems Administrator is a dual-focus role that combines high-level technical expertise with a deep commitment to the school’s Christian mission and ethos. You will be responsible for the stability, security, and strategic evolution of the digital environment, ensuring that technology serves as a seamless enabler for teaching and learning.
This "hands-on" position requires maintaining on-premises infrastructure—including servers, WiFi, and network switches—while ensuring uptime for core services during school hours. Beyond backend management, you will manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms, enforce strict safeguarding and web-filtering protocols, and provide empathetic, high-standard user support to staff and students.
As a proactive leader and Christian role model, you will also lead staff devotions and ensure all technical decisions align with the school's vision and values.
