Alphacrucis University College, Australia’s largest Christian University College, is seeking a Director of Quality and Standards to provide strategic leadership across higher education, vocational education and micro-credentials. This is a senior, influential role for a professional who understands quality not merely as compliance, but as a driver of continuous improvement, student success and institutional integrity.
About the Role
Reporting to the Deputy Vice President Faculty, the Director of Quality and Standards is responsible for leading and embedding quality assurance frameworks across Alphacrucis’ multi-campus and third-party delivery environment. The role oversees quality systems aligned to the Higher Education Standards Framework, VET Quality Framework and National Micro-credentials Framework, ensuring strong academic outcomes while supporting innovation and growth.
This position works closely with faculty leaders and professional staff, acting as a trusted advisor and collaborator to strengthen quality practices, manage risk and enhance the student experience during a period of institutional transition and expansion
