✨ About the Role

As our Front-End Website Developer, you will develop, maintain, and optimise our digital web presence—enhancing brand visibility, driving campaign performance, and improving user engagement across website and social platforms.

🎥 What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and optimise WordPress landing pages for campaigns.

• Create brand-consistent content pages with the Marketing & Communications Specialist.

• Review and analyse website performance and recommend improvements.

• Enhance accessibility and mobile user experience.

• Implement analytics and conversion tracking across Google and Meta.

• Ensure SEO alignment with marketing initiatives.

• Support donation platform updates and integrations.

Key Selection Criteria (please address these in your cover letter):

  • Demonstrate Christian values aligned with the ministries’ Statement of Faith, a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a heart for service.
  • A Degree or Diploma in Front-End Development, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, Yoast, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
  • Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
