The Opportunity

We are looking for a permanent, part-time Systems Support Administrator. This is your chance to gain highly marketable skills in systems administration, data management, and CRM technology – all while supporting a mission that changes lives. You’ll report to the Systems Lead and work in a friendly, collaborative team that values growth, learning, and making a real-world impact.

In this role, you’ll:

• Support Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud administration, including user management, configuration, and data handling
• Manage data and reporting to ensure accuracy and insight
• Troubleshoot issues and provide responsive user support
• Collaborate across teams to keep systems running smoothly
• Contribute to other projects and initiatives as needed

You have:

• Strong analytical and technical skills, with a love of systems and data
• SQL experience (essential)
• Enthusiasm for learning, problem-solving and growing your skills
• Understanding of CRM processes and marketing operations
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to team success
