Mary Andrews College, a ministry of Anglican Deaconess Ministries (ADM), is seeking a dynamic Student and Community Engagement Coordinator to lead student recruitment and engagement from enquiries and enrolments through to alumnae connection.

✨ What you'll do:

As the Student and Community Engagement Coordinator, you oversee the full student lifecycle, from recruitment of prospective students to student experience, all the way to alumnae engagement. You design recruitment strategies, coordinate orientation and events, manage communication channels, ensure policy compliance, and foster community relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Body Growth: Design recruitment strategies, represent the college externally, manage prospective communications, and promote study opportunities at Mary Andrews College;
  • Student Experience: Develop programs for student wellbeing and coordinate student events;
  • Communications & Engagement: Shape and deliver student communications, and foster positive student experience;
  • Academic & Administrative Support: Work with academic staff on student enrolment, progression, and feedback;
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure practices align with AUT policies;
  • Alumnae Engagement: Develop engagement plans with graduates.
