The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join the team. You will have the joy and privilege of building and nurturing relationships with the amazing community of financial supporters bringing Hope to life. As part of a small team of Relationship Managers, you’ll work individually and collaboratively to achieve healthy, fruitful financial and relational outcomes for Hope Media and the Kingdom. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who brings leadership skills and experience or can demonstrate potential to take on a leadership role in the team. There is a strong ministry component to the work as you pray with and for our valued supporters and listeners. You will be a passionate ambassador for the mission and work of Hope Media, managing each relationship to inspire financial support and meaningful partnership to sustain and grow the ministry.

The role involves

• Stewardship and deepening of existing supporter relationships.
• Identify and present opportunities for high-capacity individuals to contribute financially to the work of Hope.
• Cultivate, nurture and grow engagement with potential and newly acquired supporters to maximise the sustainable impact of the mission.
• Provide all supporters with pathways for greater trust, engagement, and advocacy.
• Monitor and respond to data to drive engagement, improvement, and growth.
• Plan and participate in events and engagement activities, during and outside normal business hours.
• Alignment with and a genuine passion for the mission of Hope Media.
• Strong interpersonal, pastoral, and communication skills.
• Excellence in personal organisation, prioritisation, and time management.
• A great listener, humble and empathetic with strong emotional intelligence.

About You

• Experience in a not-for-profit business development or relationship management role.
• Demonstrated experience in building strong relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.

• Leadership skills and experience preferred.
