Operations Manager

Role Description

We are seeking a values-driven Operations Manager/Team Leader to oversee daily operations and strengthen our growing service. This full-time role (with some flexibility for hybrid work) will ensure that systems and services meet NDIS standards, while also cultivating a culture of excellence, collaboration, and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operational systems, rostering, and service delivery.
• Oversee clinical components of service delivery for participants with complex needs
• Support leaders and staff with reflective practice, mentoring, and servant leadership.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, reporting, and audits.
• Liaise with families, staff, and stakeholders to ensure transparent and collaborative outcomes.
• Drive a team approach to reducing dependency on NDIS by empowering participants to build capacity and independence.

Skills and Qualifications

• Management and leadership skills, including team supervision and development.
• Knowledge of NDIS standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Budget management and operational oversight experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in the disability or community sector preferred.
• Relevant qualifications in management, business, or a related field (Preferably Bachelor Level).
• Clinical Nursing Background (Registered Nurse or clinical oversight experience)
