Your opportunity

Full time - North-West Sydney Location

As our Care Consultant - North-West, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences to prospective clients and their families by promptly responding to referrals, conducting expert assessments, and maximising services through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. By showcasing Anglicare’s unique point of difference, you will drive the growth of Anglicare At Home and support clients to thrive independently.

With integrity and resilience, you will:

  • Respond professionally to referrals, assess client needs and goals, and create tailored initial care plans and budgets
  • Showcase Anglicare’s services and values to convert leads, meet KPIs, and build trust through a consumer-directed care approach
  • Ensure accurate and timely onboarding documentation, smooth handover to care teams, and ongoing stakeholder relationships to enhance growth.

What you’ll bring

You are an empathetic, organised and resilient communicator who builds trust easily and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong customer service and sales experience in aged care, along with the ability to assess needs and tailor solutions. You also share our organisational values of integrity, justice, compassion and excellence, embedding them in everything you do.

You will also need:

  • Diploma in Community Services/Service Coordination or equivalent relevant qualification
  • Previous experience in aged care, including comprehensive assessments in home settings
  • Knowledge of Home Care Packages/Support at Home and the Aged Care Act
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role with exceptional service delivery
  • Demonstrated proficiency in technology and systems
  • Current driver’s licence

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Experience achieving KPIs in lead management and conversions
  • Strong presentation and community networking skills
