The role
Due to growth, there is an exciting opportunity to join the fundraising team at Australia’s largest international NGO in this new role.
The Philanthropy Manager is a relationship focused fundraising role responsible for engaging individuals with the heart and capacity to make major gifts. You will manage your own portfolio of high-net-worth donors and prospects, overseeing all stages of the donor journey, including cultivation, solicitation and stewardship. This role contributes directly to World Vision Australia’s philanthropic revenue targets and helps scale impact for vulnerable children and their families.
This is a rewarding role that works across both retention and acquisition. You will build a pipeline of donor opportunities, develop tailored engagement strategies, and represent World Vision at events and forums. You’ll work closely with field and senior staff to deliver meaningful donor experiences and share insights across teams to strengthen philanthropic engagement.
Some domestic travel may be required.
