About the role:
Chaplaincy is a vital and expanding part of Anglicare, which demands intentionally evangelistic and pastorally orientated ministry. The purpose of the Chaplain is to provide spiritual leadership in the village, and to provide emotional support to the village community, firstly to residents, as well as their families and the staff.
A healthy and thriving Chaplaincy ministry in the village is achieved through developing individual relationships with each resident and providing support according to their needs and preferences, while building trust and rapport with Village Management and staff.
You will be responsible for providing one to one pastoral care to residents, their families and the staff within villages.
