The role
Due to growth, there is an exciting opportunity to join the fundraising team at Australia’s largest not-for-profit organisation and contribute to sustainable, lasting change for the world’s most vulnerable children.
Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, the Philanthropy Manager – Lead is a leadership role within the Individual Philanthropy team, responsible for managing a small team of Philanthropy Managers and cultivating a portfolio of high-net-worth donors. This role plays a pivotal part in expanding World Vision Australia’s presence in NSW and other regions as required, and in achieving philanthropic revenue targets through strategic donor engagement and stewardship.
In this dynamic and purpose-driven role, you will lead and develop fundraising strategies, build donor pipelines, and represent World Vision at key events and forums. You’ll also manage your own major gift portfolio, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and contribute to a culture of generosity and impact across the organisation.
This role may require some domestic and international travel.
