THE ROLE:
The Business Analyst is a 0.8FTE role and plays a key role in delivering technology solutions that support the mission and operations of the Baptist Association of NSW & ACT. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will work closely with staff, vendors and technology partners to understand business needs, improve processes, implement systems and drive initiatives within the Association's technology roadmap.
This is a diverse role that combines business analysis, project delivery, system administration and stakeholder support. You will gather and document requirements, analyse workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and help translate organisational needs into practical technology solutions. You will also support the implementation of new systems, provide user training and documentation, maintain data integrity, and contribute to the ongoing optimisation of the Association's CRM and business systems.
Working as part of a small and collaborative team, you will provide operational and project support to the IT Manager, assist with vendor coordination, maintain technology documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness across the Association.
This role would suit a proactive and solutions-focused professional who enjoys working with people, solving complex problems, analysing data and processes, and delivering technology outcomes that make a meaningful difference.
