The Children’s Coordinator is responsible for helping lead and oversee children’s ministry programs from infancy through to primary school age. Working alongside the Children’s and Families Pastor, this role exists to create safe, engaging and faith-filled environments that support children and families, encourage spiritual growth and foster strong community connections within Goodlife Community Centre. Goodlife is part of the Queensland Baptist association of churches.
Employment Type: Part-Time (20hours/week including half day on Sunday morning) maternity leave position.
Award / Classification: In accordance with QB remuneration guidelines
Report to: Children’s and Families Pastor (Emma Johnson) and Lead Pastor
Oversees: Kid’s ministry volunteers and kids!
