About the role
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day completion of the maintenance schedules (both preventative and reactive) and all associated maintenance and repair works.
The Maintenance Officer is an essential member of the Village Maintenance team and will have opportunity to contribute to the planning and evaluation of the maintenance programs to meet the needs of residents and the Village.
