Do you love building connections with and between people? Are you a keen collaborator who can successfully work with the Minister and Church Council, to build strong relationships within the congregation and between the church and the local community?

Normanhurst Uniting Church is seeking someone to assist us grow all-embracing communities centred on the radical and abundant love of God.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on Ministry Planning and Worship Leadership
• Strengthen Congregational Capacity and Engagement
• Community Engagement

Key skills required

• Ability to build and manage strong relationships, particularly in community and congregational settings across a wide age range
• Ability to lead and participate in worship services that are welcoming and spiritually enriching
• Strong project organisation and coordination skills
