Dalby Baptist Church is a medium-sized regional church with a range of ministries providing for all ages and a heart for service and mission. We are seeking a senior pastor who will lead our church family to pray, walk more deeply with God, and exercise our calling to love and serve both each other and our world. Our vision includes a desire to see people develop an ever-growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ and to ensure a church family where trust, acceptance, love, support, forgiveness and service are qualities strived for in our daily walks.
Our Mission is To Know Jesus Deeply and Make Him Known Widely and we look forward to a new Senior Pastor committed to continuing this mission.
Ideally, our pastor will have skills in preaching and in leading, developing and supporting a staff team and ministry leaders. Our pastor will provide spiritual and strategic leadership, empower others in ministry, and relate well to diverse groups. A focus and heart for spiritual growth and development of our church family along with a heart for youth programs and an encouraging and supportive nature would be ideal.

Dalby Baptist Church is a welcoming, Christ-centred church located in the heart of the Western Downs region of Queensland. With a weekly Sunday attendance of approximately 100–125 people in a single morning service, we are a multi-generational congregation committed to knowing Jesus deeply and making Him known widely. We are passionate about faithful biblical teaching, authentic community, discipleship, and serving our local region with the love of Christ. Our church has a strong foundation of committed volunteers, active ministry teams, and a genuine desire to see people of all ages grow in their relationship with Jesus. We are prayerfully seeking a Senior Pastor who will provide biblical leadership, shepherd our church family, equip believers for ministry, and help lead us into the next season of God's mission in our community.
