The Head of Middle School is accountable for the leadership, operation, pastoral care and strategic direction of the Middle School. The role will lead the ongoing development, strengthening and implementation of a Middle School philosophy and culture that is responsive to the developmental and educational needs of students in these year levels and aligned with the College’s Christian mission and ethos.
