About the role:
BaptistCare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Chaplain to provide person-centred spiritual and pastoral care to Home Care clients across Northern Sydney.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will support older people through life's challenges by providing pastoral care, spiritual encouragement, emotional support and meaningful connection. This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of clients while working in a flexible and supportive environment.
This is a permanent part-time position working 45.6 hours per fortnight (3 days per week), with flexibility around workdays and a planned commencement in September 2026. Regular travel across Northern Sydney is an essential requirement of this role.
