About the role
As General Manager Operations, you will lead the operational backbone of a large, dispersed service network of 21 sites across NSW at a pivotal time of growth and transformation.
You will own the systems, governance, infrastructure, and property strategy that allow our sites to run safely, compliantly, and efficiently. You will lead the redesign of how clients access services, moving from a fragmented model to a connected, consistent experience regardless of where or how they first make contact. You will protect our funding position through rigorous contract management and drive a multi-year property strategy that shapes where we operate for years to come.
This is not a service delivery role. It is a senior operational leadership role for someone who builds infrastructure, leads change across a distributed network and brings commercial rigour to contracts, property and governance.
You will lead a team spanning site operations, client experience, contracts and business insights, working alongside Practice, People & Culture, Finance and Transformation leaders to deliver a significant change agenda including the implementation of Salesforce CRM across approximately 60 programs s as part of our transformation program.
Your background may be in retail, logistics, facilities management, property or another complex multi-site environment. What matters is your ability to lead operations at scale and bring commercial discipline to how an organisation runs.
