Victory Christian College (Bendigo) is growing! With a second P–12 campus now open, we seek exceptional individuals committed to Christian education who share our passion for seeing young people thrive.

Whether you're an experienced teacher or just starting out, VCC offers a genuine Christian community, supportive staff culture, and two great campuses (Strathdale and Epsom).

We're looking for:

- Generalist Primary

- German – Primary and Secondary

- Visual Arts – Primary and Secondary

- Physical Education / Health – Primary and Secondary

- Maths / Science – Secondary

- English / Humanities – Secondary

- Homeroom and Bible – Secondary (combined with other subjects)

- VCE Psychology and Sociology

- VCE Physical Education

Applicants must be practising Christians with a strong commitment to Christian education and values.

Graduate teachers and new teachers are welcome to apply for these roles.

IMPORTANT: Please note that teaching loads/time fractions, campus locations etc. may be flexible, depending on the expertise of the successful applicant and the requirements of the organisation.

REMUNERATION

The College follows the Educational Services (Teachers) Award 2020. Teaching salaries are paid at 3% above the Victorian Department of Education Award rates ($81,977 to $121,605 FTE 1.0). Staff may salary package a Laptop or Tablet and additional Superannuation.
