Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of social media and digital content across Devonport Chaplaincy Inc. and Loaves & Fishes Tasmania.....
Devonport Chaplaincy Inc. is a Christian organisation dedicated to making life better, one relationship at a time.
Through chaplaincy, mentoring, wellbeing programs, community services, and our social enterprise Loaves & Fishes Tasmania, we create opportunities for people to experience connection, encouragement, practical support, and hope. Our work is built on the belief that positive relationships have the power to transform lives and strengthen communities.
We're looking for a creative, organised and enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator to help share those stories.
From capturing moments in schools and community programs, to showcasing volunteers, food rescue, fundraising campaigns and community events, you'll help communicate the impact of our work and inspire others to become part of it.
If you're passionate about storytelling, love creating engaging digital content, and believe social media can be a force for good, we'd love to hear from you.
Reporting to the Marketing & Content Manager, you'll coordinate the day-to-day delivery of social media and digital content across Devonport Chaplaincy Inc. and Loaves & Fishes Tasmania.
Working closely with staff across our programs, you'll capture authentic stories, celebrate people, promote events and initiatives, and help grow awareness of our mission throughout Tasmania.
No two days will be the same. You might spend one morning filming a behind-the-scenes food rescue, the afternoon interviewing a volunteer, then finish the day scheduling content for an upcoming fundraising campaign or responding to comments from our online community.
You love finding stories that matter and sharing them in ways that connect with people.
You're creative, organised, curious and enjoy building relationships with people from all walks of life.
You'll bring:
