About the Role
We are seeking a Pastor (2 days/week) to join our team in a job-share with our current Pastor. You’ll share responsibility for preaching, pastoral care, and ministry development, working closely with volunteers and the Board.
Key Responsibilities
- Preach occasionally in a shared roster
- Share pastoral care (including to LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse individuals) with the current pastor and others in the congregation
- Support and develop volunteers and small groups
About You
- Relevant theological/ministry qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong commitment to LGBTQIA+ inclusion
- Experience in pastoral care and collaborative leadership
- Able to prioritise effectively in a part-time role
Details
- 0.4 FTE (2 days/week) including most Sunday evenings (one rostered off per quarter)
- 1-year contract (with potential extension)
