Seeking a passionate and gifted Children's Ministry Director to join our ministry team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves Jesus, has a heart for children and families, and enjoys developing leaders and building healthy ministry teams.
About the Role - (4 Days a Week)
The Children's Ministry Director will provide vision, leadership, and oversight for RBC Kids (birth to Year 6), fostering a gospel-centred ministry that helps children follow Jesus and partners with families in nurturing faith.
Working under the leadership of the Discipleship and Community Life Pastor, the Director will develop and equip volunteer leaders, oversee ministry strategy and programs, and contribute as part of the wider staff team to the mission and ministry of Ryde Baptist Church.

WE ARE A CONTEMPORARY BAPTIST CHURCH LOCATED ON LANE COVE ROAD IN RYDE.
Our services have a warm family feel and consist of modern worship incorporating home grown and well known worship songs as well as practical, biblically based teaching. Children’s and youth ministries operate during our 9:30am service.
