At BaptistCare, we believe every conversation, connection and service we provide can open up possibilities for people.
For more than 110 years, BaptistCare has supported people and communities through care, connection and practical support. Guided by our Christian identity, we work alongside people at different stages of life.
Across residential aged care, home care, retirement living, community services, disability support and housing, our focus is simple: helping people find new ways to live better.
Because we all experience times when challenges or circumstances can make our worlds feel smaller and our options feel limited. But with the right people alongside us, life can grow deeper, wider and keep changing in positive ways.
At BaptistCare, that’s what we work towards every day - enriching lives through communities of care.
Today, more than 70,000 customers and 12,000 employees, supported by nearly 2000 volunteers, are part of BaptistCare communities across New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, Western Australia, Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia.
While our organisation has grown and evolved over time, our focus has stayed the same: walking alongside people and supporting communities with compassion, respect and care.
