Role Purpose
Key Responsibilities
As Supporter Engagement Manager, you will lead the planning and delivery of supporter and donor communications that drive engagement, loyalty and sustainable financial growth. Working closely with your Executive and key stakeholders, you will analyse donor data and segments to develop compelling offers and campaign messaging aligned with Vision’s mission.
You will oversee the creation and quality of written communications across the ministry, including supporter emails, donor correspondence, media releases, promotions and prayer resources, ensuring consistency, clarity and alignment with Vision’s voice. This includes editing and supporting corporate communications prepared by senior leaders.
You will manage monthly direct mail campaigns and oversee Vision’s key supporter publications across print and digital formats, coordinating editorial content, design, production and distribution to ensure brand integrity and supporter confidence.
You will also contribute to advertising, fundraising and event campaigns, working collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high-quality creative outcomes on time and to brief.

You will be a strategic and creative communicator with a genuine heart for Christian ministry and a strong understanding of supporter and donor engagement. With proven experience in supporter, fundraising, or direct marketing communications, you will translate strategy into clear, compelling, and brand‑aligned messaging.
