St Luke's Grammar School is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and professional Strength & Conditioning Coordinator to lead and deliver a dynamic, evidence-based strength and conditioning program across our School community.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the physical wellbeing and development of students from Junior School through to Year 12, helping them perform at their best, minimise the risk of injury and build healthy exercise habits that last a lifetime.
Working collaboratively with the Director of Operations, Heads of Sport, Talented Athlete Program Coordinator, teachers and coaches, you will play a pivotal role in integrating strength and conditioning into both curriculum and co-curricular programs across our Dee Why and Bayview campuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and oversee a high-quality strength and conditioning program for students across all year levels.
- Support student athletic development and performance across a wide range of sports.
- Promote injury prevention strategies and student wellbeing.
- Deliver engaging curriculum and co-curricular programs.
- Manage and maintain strength and conditioning facilities and equipment.
- Collaborate with coaches, teachers and staff to embed physical performance development into the School's sporting culture.

One Campus is located in Dee Why (Pre-K to Year 12), and a second Campus is located in Bayview (Pre-K to Year 6).
