St Andrews Christian College is a Christ-centred, co-educational Prep–Year 12 College located in Wantirna South, in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. The College is seeking a Head of Learning and Teaching – Secondary who will lead the development and consistent implementation of high-quality teaching practice, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment to enhance student engagement and outcomes in the secondary school.

St Andrews Christian College is seeking a Head of Learning and Teaching - Secondary. The College welcomes applications from accomplished lead teachers and school leaders who are passionate about St Andrews Christian College’s mission and demonstrate skills and experience in:

• Leading curriculum initiatives and a dynamic team of teachers;
• Leading others in the implementation of teaching practices;
• Capacity to provide expert advice to teachers and curriculum leaders;
• Modelling excellent teaching principles and practices; and
• 21st Century pedagogies and research-based understanding of effective learning and teaching.
