CRU Educational Camps is seeking a skilled administrator with a heart for gospelcentred youth and kids’ ministry to join our team at CRU Galston Gorge or CRU Lake Mac.

As a Program Coordinator, you’ll help schools experience life changing Christian camps by:

• Designing and coordinating high quality camp programs

• Delivering exceptional, relationship-focused customer service

• Managing bookings, logistics, and precamp requirements

• Leading and contributing to 10–14 CRU Camps each year

• Building strong partnerships with schools

We’re looking for someone with:

• A mature Christian faith and commitment to CRU’s mission

• Excellent organisation, communication, and attention to detail

• A friendly, professional manner and genuine care for schools and students

• Experience with young people• Competency in Word and Excel

• The flexibility and energy needed for a dynamic ministry environment

Remuneration:

• We offer a competitive, negotiable package based on experience

• Eligibility to salary package up to 40% tax free through a Ministry Expense Account.
