The Primary Learning Support Teacher plays a critical role in supporting the Learning Support team and liaising with the primary school teachers to best suit individualised student learning needs, engagement, and wellbeing. This role collaborates with primary school teachers, students and parents to ensure an inclusive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of primary school students.

Details of the role:
● Act as the Primary teacher liaison, under the guidance of Head of Student Learning and Support to provide individualised interventions for students.
● Guide Primary teachers and provide support in developing curriculum for the learning interventions, managing behaviour of students with disability or special needs.
● Guide Primary Student Learning and Support Aides in documentation related to student learning progress and outcomes.
● Ensure compliance with school policies and child safety regulations.
