About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, service-oriented IT Manager to provide day-to-day support across our IT environment, work closely with our external IT service provider, and help deliver strategic technology priorities across the organisation.

This role suits someone who enjoys combining hands-on IT support with project delivery, continuous improvement, cyber security initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities of this role:

In this role, you will:

  • Provide day-to-day IT support across business systems and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Coordinate external IT service providers and vendors to maintain effective support services
  • Monitor and respond to IT support requests and system issues
  • Support and maintain core systems, including SharePoint, reporting tools, and user access management
  • Maintain IT documentation, records, logs, and system configurations
  • Identify and deliver system improvements and IT projects aligned with business needs
  • Support the implementation of new systems, including staff communication and training
  • Contribute to cyber security, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning and testing
  • Coordinate IT audits and support governance, risk, and compliance activities
  • Identify opportunities to use emerging technologies, including AI
  • Provide occasional out-of-hours support when required

What You Bring

  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and cyber security principles
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint is essential, reporting tools such as SQL, and systems including Ultracs, Dynamics 365, or FileOptics are highly regarded.
  • Experience delivering IT projects, system implementations, and end-user training
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A proactive, service-oriented, and business-focused approach
  • The ability to work collaboratively, manage competing priorities, and remain effective under pressure
