For 25 years, Wesley Out of School Hours Care has been a leader in providing before and after-school care and vacation care for primary school-aged children. As part of Wesley Mission, a trusted community service organisation with over 200 years of history, we are proud to deliver care that makes a lasting difference to children and their families.

About the role - (12-month contract)
As an Area Manager, you will be at the heart of driving excellence in Out of School Hours Care, leading Wesley OOSH services to create vibrant, high-quality environments where children thrive. This is more than an operational role. It is an opportunity to lead with purpose, inspire a team and make a lasting impact on children, families and Educators.
This is a role for someone who thrives on building strong teams, solving challenges and driving continuous improvement. You will mentor and coach Centre Coordinators, strengthen relationships with school communities and ensure each service performs at its absolute best.
