This is not a role with a playbook. It's a rare opportunity to design and drive workforce architecture and cultural transformation inside a major enterprise program......
Drive transformation that shapes workforce, culture and capability
As Anglicare continues to deliver services that enrich lives and strengthen communities, we are seeking an experienced Senior Manager OD and Transformation to play a critical role in the delivery of a program.
About the Program
The Thread Program is a significant transformation across Community and Mission (CaM), spanning 64 programs and 112 services. It brings together a connected services model and shared systems to simplify how teams work, strengthen collaboration and deliver a more seamless experience for clients.
Your Opportunity
This is a full-time, maximum-term contract (12 months) embedded in the Thread Program, working within a senior program team with autonomy to fill gaps without waiting for a detailed playbook.

As Senior Manager OD and Transformation, you'll design and drive both OD workstreams - workforce architecture and cultural transformation with genuine design authority, working in close partnership with the Head of HR who holds strategic accountability for the stream.
You'll work alongside clinical and practice leaders as co-designers of the new model not as recipients of it. You'll treat system adoption as behaviour change, not a training rollout. And you'll focus on the middle leader cohort as the critical bridge between strategic intent and what actually happens at the frontline.
In practice, you will:
What You'll Bring
You're a confident, credible OD and transformation practitioner. You can hold the design space without rushing to a solution, and you can execute without losing sight of the people the work is for.
You bring:
