About the role
Reporting into the Impact & Growth function within Strategy, Advocacy & Engagement, the Senior Analyst – Outcomes, Data & Insights plays a critical organisation-wide role in strengthening Wesley Mission’s impact, evidence and decision-making capability.
This is not a pure reporting role — it is a strategic analytical role that shapes how the organisation understands, measures and funds its impact.
The role acts as a subject-matter expert in outcomes, impact measurement and data-enabled insight—leading the development and continuous improvement of Wesley Mission’s enterprise Outcomes Framework and ensuring outcomes evidence is credible, consistent and funder-ready.
The role also plays a key part in shaping how outcomes data is structured, integrated and used across the organisation, including contributing to data architecture considerations that ensure outcomes information can be reliably drawn from multiple systems and sources.
You will be responsible for translating complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear, practical insights that inform service design, productisation, strategy, advocacy, and funding proposals.
The role also leads enterprise outcomes reporting, delivering timely, decision-ready analysis for internal and external stakeholders, and supports the organisation to use evidence to strengthen evaluation, continuous improvement and growth.
Working closely with service portfolios and teams across strategy, policy, advocacy and growth, you will provide expert advice on outcomes credibility, evidentiary standards and data-related risks, while helping to build organisational capability in evidence-based practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly capable analyst to combine technical expertise with strategic influence in a large, mission-driven organisation.
