About the role
Reporting to the General Manager, Strategy, Advocacy & Engagement, the Head of Impact & Growth leads a critical enterprise function focused on translating Wesley Mission’s strategy into funded, scalable and sustainable impact.
This role is responsible for establishing and stewarding a coordinated, organisation-wide approach to non-philanthropic revenue growth, including end-to-end bid management, funding pipeline development, outcomes evidence, and service productisation strategy.
The role oversees the full lifecycle of grants, tenders and commissioned opportunities—ensuring strong governance, early shaping of opportunities, and alignment with organisational priorities—and maintains a single enterprise funding pipeline to support informed, strategic decision-making.
Critically, the Head of Impact & Growth owns Wesley Mission’s productisation strategy and service design function, working with service portfolios to design, pilot and scale clear, investable service propositions that respond to community need and commissioning priorities.
The role also leads the development and implementation of Wesley Mission’s enterprise Outcomes Framework, and insights function, strengthening the organisation’s ability to demonstrate credible, funder-ready impact and to use data and insights to inform bids, commissioning conversations, service design and scale decisions.
This is a unique opportunity to build and lead an enterprise capability at the intersection of strategy, funding, impact and service innovation in a large, values-driven organisation with significant reach and influence.
