The IT Services Officer role is a key contributor to the IT Team and the wider Belmont Christian College BCC community. This position is the main point of contact to address IT service-related enquiries and provide solutions. The position resolves issues or assigns requests to other internal team members or external contractors for additional support.

Details of the role:

  • The IT Team oversees all aspects of IT infrastructure and information services. The dedicated team aims to provide a high level of service to all end users connected with the College.
  • As part of the IT Team, the IT Services Officer is the most public-facing role and therefore requires a high level of professionalism.
  • A relatable and caring approach will help end users feel at ease while working with you to find the best possible resolution or guidance.
