This role is an opportunity to invest in young people during the pivotal senior school years, helping students grow in their faith, build meaningful community, and develop confidence in following Jesus in everyday life.

Working closely with the Youth team and volunteer leaders, the Youth Pastor (Senior High) will provide pastoral care, discipleship, leadership development, and program oversight for senior high students. The role includes building strong relationships with students and families, equipping volunteer leaders, and helping create engaging environments where young people can encounter Jesus and flourish spiritually.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a vibrant Christian faith and a heart for discipling young people
• Builds strong, authentic relationships with students and leaders
• Communicates effectively and connects well with senior high-aged youth
• Demonstrates initiative, teamwork, and pastoral maturity
• Has experience in youth ministry, discipleship, or related ministry settings

This is a fixed-term parental leave contract for 6 months.
