• - 12 month parental leave contract (3 days per week)

This role is focused on building meaningful connections with students through school engagement, discipleship, and pastoral care, helping young people grow in their faith both inside and outside the classroom. Working alongside a dynamic and committed team, the Youth Pastor (Schools) will help create opportunities for students to encounter Jesus, build authentic community, and take next steps in their spiritual journey.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

• A vibrant Christian faith and heart for young people
• Strong relational and pastoral skills
• Experience engaging with students in school or youth ministry settings
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Initiative, maturity, and strong communication skills
