The Role

This is a full‑time, on‑site General Manager role in one of our acquisition companies. We have availability in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

As an Operating Partner, you are entrusted to run the business as a steward‑owner — with real authority and real accountability.

You will:

  • Carry end‑to‑end responsibility for financial, operational, and cultural outcomes
  • Lead, challenge, and develop the leadership team beneath you
  • Execute a clear strategy that drives sustainable, repeatable growth
  • Build systems and leaders so the business performs without reliance on you
  • Make difficult commercial and people decisions — and stand behind them
