Anglicare is seeking an experienced and motivated Foster Care Case Manager to join our regional team on a part-time basis -2 days per week. This role is based in Orange, NSW, with regular travel across the Central West and Southern Tablelands, including Young and Goulburn, to support children, carers, and families.

About the Role

You will provide end-to-end foster care case management, ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and permanency needs of children and young people are met. Working closely with carers, birth families, DCJ, and community partners, you will support stable placements and positive long-term outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver holistic foster care case management in line with OOHC and Permanency Support Program requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with carers, children, families, DCJ, and stakeholders
  • Support and monitor foster carers, ensuring standards are met and placements are strengthened
  • Facilitate and monitor family time and prepare high-quality reports
  • Maintain accurate case notes, plans, and documentation
  • Work flexibly across regional locations to meet service needs

About You

  • Degree qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Welfare, Community Services or similar
  • Demonstrated experience in foster care, OOHC, or child protection casework
  • Strong assessment, written, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a regional environment
  • Unrestricted NSW Driver Licence and willingness to travel for work (pool car provided)
