Due to growth in the Melos Group, we are seeking to fill the new role of Business Manager. This exciting opportunity is based at the Melos Group Office at Gosford, on the Central Coast of NSW and requires on-site daily attendance. It involves oversight of the finance and business operations team of the Group Office and regular liaison with member schools.

This opportunity is available to an experienced school business manager with the ability to relate effectively to others, to lead our Group finance team and work with the Group Executive Business Manager and Executive Principal.

  • Recognised qualifications in accounting (CA/CPA preferred), school business operations, and multi-entity operations experience
  • Ability to apply both a financial and educational perspective when considering Group member issues and operations
  • Experience in leading and developing finance teams focusing on client satisfaction, service delivery and alignment to industry standards;
  • Strong project management/delivery skills with proven capacity to conceptualise, implement and manage complex projects;

The successful applicant will be well organised, personable and have the capacity to think analytically, to contribute meaningfully to systems development for the Group and have demonstrated customer service attributes.
