Youth and Young Adults Pastor

Crossway Brighton is looking for a vibrant and energetic Youth and Young Adults Pastor to join our friendly team at Brighton. We are looking for someone who is community-minded, passionate about Jesus and committed to helping youth and young adults grow in their faith.....

The role is 3 days per week spread across Wednesdays, Fridays and Sunday.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and growing the current Youth team
• Leading Friday night Crossway Youth program
• Running a high school lunchtime program
• Developing Young Adult ministry (start a Life group, social events, discipleship cluster)
• Attend Crossway Brighton Sunday services
• Help transition of teenagers into Youth form Crossway Kids
• Building connections with Crossway Burwood

Experience and attributes

• Experience in Youth ministry is required.
• Theological training or willingness to undertake theological studies
• Commitment to living Christ-like values
• Involvement with your local church
• Passion for engaging with teenagers and young adults

Mentoring and coaching will be available for all the above responsibilities.
