Christ Community Alliance Church (CCAC) is a multicultural church worshipping in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, and part of the Christian & Missionary Alliance (C&MA) in Australia.

We are seeking a Young Adults / Youth (YAY) Pastor to lead and disciple high school students through to university‑aged young adults. This part‑time role (3.5 days / 28 hours per week) focuses on nurturing spiritual maturity, Christ‑like character, and a heart for mission within a supportive church community.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong, caring relationships and provide pastoral care
• Lead biblical teaching aligned with C&MA and CCAC theology
• Develop a holistic discipleship ministry and mentor young leaders
• Encourage prayer, spiritual gifts, and evangelism
• Oversee ministry administration, child safety compliance, and resources

About You

• Diploma of Christian Ministry (completed or in progress) or equivalent
• Strong personal faith with active prayer and Bible life
• Proven relational, communication, and leadership skills
• Able to recruit and lead volunteers
• Holds a Working with Children Check and Victorian Driver’s Licence
• Willing to sign the C&MA Statement of Faith
