As part of our vision for the future, we are seeking to fill the role of Generations Pastor/Coordinator with the right person who is passionate about seeing God at work in and through His church.
The Generations Pastor/Coordinator provides pastoral and strategic leadership to Children, Youth, and Families at Caringbah Baptist Church (CBC).
This role exists to build and oversee a clear, biblically grounded discipleship pathway from early childhood through to young adulthood, equipping families as primary disciplers and raising the next generation of Christ-centred disciples.
The Generations Pastor/Coordinator will ensure that ministry across life stages is aligned with CBC’s vision, culture, and strategic priorities, fostering a gospel-centred, relational, and missional community.
