We are seeking an experienced and committed Head Teacher – High School Operations to join our High School leadership team. This is a key administrative leadership role responsible for the effective daily functioning of the High School, supporting teaching and learning through strong operational oversight within a Christian school context.

Essential Criteria

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • A commitment to Christian values and active involvement in a faith‑based educational environment
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and current NESA accreditation
  • Ability to meet and maintain the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers (APST) at Proficient level
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Extensive teaching experience across Stages 4–6
  • Strong administrative, organisational and operational skills
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating school operations, including timetabling, staffing and variations to routine
  • High‑level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders, staff and the wider school community
  • Proficiency in ICT systems used to support school operations (experience with Compass highly desirable)
