This position supports the delivery of a safe, inclusive and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children in the Prep setting within a Christian school community.

Essential Criteria
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- A commitment to Christian values and a faith‑based educational environment
- A current Working with Children Check
- Certificate III or IV in Early Childhood Education and Care, Education Support, or willingness to obtain
- Experience working with preschool and/or primary‑aged children
- Commitment to child safety and wellbeing
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of working with young children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- A caring, patient and positive approach to supporting children.
